Product use
Silylation in the synthesis of amikacin, penicillin, cefotaxime, fluorouracil and various penicillin derivatives. Surface treatment of diatomaceous earth, silica and titanium powder. Bonding additive of light-induced etchant in semiconductor industry. Can be used in vinylsiloxane rubber to improve anti-tear strength, as silica hydrophobic treatment agent and antibiotics hydroxy-protective agent.
